I've been rediscovering photogrpahy in the last year and coming to the realization that my tastes in music and other art forms is just getting older.

I'm beginning to become more and more facinated with Mark Twain, but I do have other heros. I also admire my wife's bravery.

I have great piles of books at home in at least three different rooms. I think I need to take more photographs of them.

This is my tenth year teaching. What do you think about the school you work in now? about other schools you have worked in... What has been your best experience as a NYC public school teacher?

What are your plans for the future? I hope to grow old teaching and become one of those grandfatherly types whom both young teachers and students love to work with - - at least that's what I keep telling myself. i just hope never to become one of those disgruntled types that has to be pushed into an office doing some meaningless work away from the classroom until it's time to retire.
