From High School Online Collaborative Writing

"Use category tags", it says - but when I started writing this there were over 400 uncategorized pages, so some contributors could use a refresher course in the value of categorization.

Ideally every page in the main namespace should be in at least one category, and many will be suitable for two or more.

At the next level up, every category should be a subcategory of a larger category - except at the top, where an overarching category can provide an easy overview of the structure of the site and its main areas of activity.
